iMessage stopped working

Check your iMessage settings: Make sure that iMessage is enabled and that your phone number and email address are listed correctly. Go to Settings > Messages and check the settings under "Send & Receive".

When does plan days start counting?

It depends on the eSIM. Please read the activation email that contains all the instructions. Some eSIM start counting days only when you reach your destination country and your eSIM connects to the network. Some other eSIM start counting days as soon as you scan the QR code, so please refer to the email instructions you receive after the purchase.

What is Roaming?

The Roaming setting tells your phone if can use internet outside your country. This is why you need to turn it OFF on your primary SIM and turn it ON only on our eSIM. Some Android phones doesn't allow to enable roaming only on the eSIM, so you need to enable it globally and make sure you are using our eSIM for data (you can see it in your phone settings).
